Pima Animal Care Center’s year-long outreach to the Spanish-speaking community is paying dividends, according to reports chronicling the first year of activity.
More than 2, people attended PACC en Español campaign events throughout The PACC en Español campaign, a partnership among the shelter, its non-profit partner Friends of PACC, and the Pima County Communications Office, has already helped thousands of pets and their families. Over the past 12 months, the campaign hosted or attended 21 community events, reaching more than 2, attendees. With the support of dedicated partners, small businesses and local organizations, PACC has been able to extend its outreach and offer services and resources to those who need them the most.
Highlights of the campaign include distribution of:
