A second-generation Iranian immigrant from a broken home in downtrodden Kent seaside town Margate, Rocky "Mic Righteous" Takalobighashi's.

Mic Righteous is from Margate and is one of the best up and coming hip hop stars, at the age of 17 he joined the rap crew Kraftsmen based in Brixton.

Mic Righteous is from Margate and is one of the best up and coming hip hop stars, at the age of 17 he joined the rap crew Kraftsmen based in Brixton.

Just before Mic's 18th birthday he featured on Frantic Franks (English Frank) album titled 'The Hardway' which Frank independently released, the album sold over 60,000 copies, the album was also featured on the front page of Hip Hop Connections magazine.

Mic has released two E.P's which have received good feedback from fans titled 'Yob Culture' and 'KAM-PAIN' he has also toured a lot of the south of England, opening up for the Legendary Immortal Technique in Elephant and Castle.

He has also worked with other big collaborations such as a band who go by the name of Mongrol which features members from Arctic Monkeys, Babyshambles and Reverend and The Makers and of course Lowkey. This later led to Mic Righteous featuring on Lowkey's L.P titled 'Dear Listener'.
