BIMA Satria Garuda ('Garuda Knight BIMA') is an Indonesian tokusatsu and comic[1] series, the result of cooperation between MNC Media with Ishimori Productions, creator of the Japanese Kamen Rider Series. Rasputin is the main antagonist of BIMA Satria Garuda and the ruler of the VUDO Kingdom who has a black Power Stone with the power of death. He comes from the Parallel World and wants to attack Earth to take over the elements of oxygen, water, oil, and electricity to give life to the Parallel World. Rasputin considers humans or "Earth Beings" to be weak but very evil, even more evil than himself, and only cares about themselves. Rasputin wants to make Earth people as slaves to strengthen the VUDO Kingdom.
